Intellectual Property Notice
Rights to artwork remain the sole property of an artist Katharina Reichart including after purchase. This includes the purchase of originals, commissions, prints and current and/or future reproductions of any kind. The purchase of any item, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to mint the piece into an NFT, print and distribute in any form or reproduce in any way by means of profit and/or otherwise.
Collectors may not reproduce artwork in any way without express written permission from the artist. Posting images of the items purchased on social media are always welcome and does not breach this clause.
Liability
We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers. For example: smudging fingerprints on the white border, tearing fine art prints, damaging works, etc.
As guaranteed under consumer protections, compensation for damage is due if/when damaged products are received when impacted by postal services and/or faulty merchandise has been dispatched. Every print is inspected several times before clearing quality control for shipment and only pristine purchased reproductions are packaged for you to enjoy.
Please read the product descriptions thoroughly and carefully. It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided in the product description prior to purchase. All prints come with borders that are included in the final size of the listing.

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before using our website or making a purchase. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from using our website.
Below are our policies on returns for each product. We do our best to offer colour accurate photography of the artwork, but please be mindful that calibrations often vary between devices. If colour calibrations are of concern, we recommend viewing the item from multiple devices (desktop, iPhone, etc.)

CUSTOMS DUTIES, IMPORT TAXES AND REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, clearance charges, storage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country or the carrier. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee unless expressly stated at checkout.
The customer is solely responsible for determining and paying all applicable duties, taxes and import-related charges. The Gallery has no control over these charges and cannot estimate or waive them.
A customer’s refusal or failure to pay customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges, failure to provide information required for customs clearance, or refusal to accept delivery does not constitute a valid cancellation of the order or an exercise of any right of withdrawal.
If an order is refused, abandoned, held, destroyed or returned because of the customer’s act or omission, the customer remains responsible, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, for:
• the original shipping costs;
• return shipping costs;
• customs duties, taxes and brokerage charges;
• carrier handling, administration and storage fees;
• payment-processing and currency-conversion fees that are not recoverable by the Gallery;
• costs of recovering, inspecting, restoring and repackaging the artwork; and
• any loss in value resulting from transportation, handling, customs procedures or damage.
For commissioned, personalised or otherwise custom-made works, no refund will be issued following a refused or failed delivery, except where a refund is expressly required by mandatory applicable law.
For all other products, any refund required by mandatory applicable law will be calculated only after the artwork has been safely returned to and inspected by the Gallery. All amounts and losses listed above may be deducted from the refund to the fullest extent permitted by law. If those amounts equal or exceed the amount paid, no refund will be due.
The Gallery is not required to issue a refund before the returned artwork has been received and inspected. If return shipment is commercially unreasonable or impossible, the Gallery may instruct the carrier to abandon or dispose of the shipment where legally permitted.
Any subsequent attempt to deliver the order will require advance payment by the customer of all additional shipping, customs, handling and administrative costs.
Nothing in this section excludes or restricts any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
ORIGINAL ARTWORKS — ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All purchases of original artworks are final. The Gallery does not accept returns, cancellations, exchanges or requests for refunds in relation to original artworks because of a change of mind, personal preference, colour variation between screens, suitability for a particular interior, failure to review the dimensions or product description, or any other reason attributable to the customer.
By placing an order for an original artwork, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that the transaction is final and that the artwork cannot be returned once the order has been accepted by the Gallery.
Refusing delivery, failing to collect the shipment, failing to provide information required for customs clearance, or refusing to pay customs duties, import taxes or carrier charges does not cancel the purchase and does not entitle the customer to a refund.
If an original artwork is returned to the Gallery for any of these reasons, ownership of the artwork does not automatically revert to the Gallery, and no refund will be issued. The Gallery may hold the artwork on the customer’s behalf and at the customer’s risk until the customer pays all outstanding customs, shipping, return, storage, handling and redelivery costs. The Gallery may charge reasonable storage and administrative fees.
Claims concerning artwork that arrived materially damaged in transit or materially different from its description will be considered separately in accordance with the Damaged Deliveries section of these Terms. The customer must provide clear photographic evidence of the artwork and all packaging promptly after delivery and must retain all original packaging while the claim is investigated.
Nothing in this section excludes or restricts any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under mandatory applicable consumer law.
